  1. :thumbsup1: now if only I can manage to secure a wristlet and small shopper from the princess marathon. Those are never online so no dicounts except perhaps AP, DVC or CM at the register. Doesn't matter, I'll pay retail. Just hoping they don't sell out before Monday...
  2. SHIPFREE works for over $50 SHIPTODAY for free ship $75+ DMRFEB for $15 off $100 DOONEYFAN works for 10% off dooney's and is stackable with DMRFEB as long as the total after 10% is still over $100 DRVCMEMBER gets 10% off $50 or more & also stacks but must pay with disney visa I've found the key to stacking codes is that the price must still be over after the first discount in order to use a second or third on that purchase but if you play with the codes and try assorted combinations there are sometimes good deals to be had...
  3. hmmmm.... odd... are they protecting him from crazed bus riders? jealous lever pullers? or might this suggest that Lou needed a keeper that weekend?
  4. As someone who was under contract to fill 30 column inches of newsprint each week for twenty years, I can say from experience that that's all some editors ask for these days...
  5. :yourock: I just knew you wouldn't mind taking one for the team...
  6. We'll be at the York show again too, just not sure what day yet b/c of Starla's work and DD12's lacrosse schedules...
  7. ruh-roh rooby... butt pictures... now i know why the Lord set it up so I'd have to stay home. LOL he was just covering my butt... :rofl2: :rofl2:
  8. There's a coupon and more details here--- http://www.mdrv.com/RV-show-RVs-dealer-Maryland-MD-trailer-camper-motorhome.php We'll be at the MD rv show this weekend in our fort fiends shirts - probably Friday and Saturday. We're not looking for a new rv and will probably just pass out ff,net cards. Is anyone else planning on attending? Last year, a group of us met at the York show for a short while and enjoyed it...
  9. Good point Mo. I think you should fly back down immediately to give us the official fiend on the scene cupcake report...
  10. mmmmmm mmmmm mmmmm... pinapple rum cream cheese... now that looks like a cupcake! :heartsmiley:

  12. She might call AAA south to ask about an advance purchase but pretty sure she'd need to be there with a FL id in order to verify/activate the tickets at the gate. It's unlikely you would be able to buy tickets and then get a refund but you might possibly be able to buy them one or two day passes for only the days you need and then use those to upgrade to a more expensive FL resident pass. Not sure, but it's an avenue to explore I suppose. If you call GS remember to document any answers by noting the time/date/CM b/c this sounds like a question you're likely to get multiple replies on. If it d
  13. oh sure, I finally get back to reading and you end it. That, IMHO SMB... and now you tell me that you won't be bringing my pool-hopping accomplice back to the fort for how long?? way to give the dancemom a complex there Dave. BTW - terrific TR. Loved every word of it. Thanks for sharing it! :heartsmiley:
  14. love the kitty snow play tunnel. Lil Lou is even more adorable surrounded by all that cold white stuff. I'm still thinking you got one of the bestest souvies evah!!
  15. okay, so I've tried and I just can't resist the temptation... The stripper that Starla's BF cheated with has informed her that stripper is no longer an accurate term. It's exotic dancer.... :rotfl6:
  16. I'd take the Poly's pork nachos over white chocolate monkey poop bars any day...
  17. Even if driving to the parks, it would probably be easier to park at your site and use the bikes to go back & forth to the boats or WL. While you can park in the main lot, if it's raining it'd be much better to have your vehicle at the site. Also, occassionally vehicles left in the parking lot may sustain accidental damage. There's a lot of rv traffic up there and not everyone has perfected the art of manuevering their rv in tight spots...
  18. I could be wrong about this but, based on the past 30 yrs, I'm guessing that magic bands will still be considered as documents and mailed to your TAs office despite his/her requests to have them mailed directly to the client. DTC works well for brick & mortar TAs with local clients who typically drop by the office to pick up docs before their trip. That doesn't happen as much in today's world of internet bookings and home based agents. IMO it would truly be next gen if DTC would recognize this fact and mail documents directly to clients but I sure won't be holding my breath... BTW this als
  19. Are in the city? It's 9 degrees out here tonight. Even the dogs aren't wasting any time outside for a change. It was even too cold to take the girls snowboarding on the mountain yesterday. brrrrr...
  20. DH needs an ECV and gets a GAC. Our experience is that it varies depending upon the CM you speak to. In the beginning, I used to feel self-conscious about asking for the card and would tell them more than they needed to know. Now I just go up to GS with him and tell them he needs a GAC that will allow him to use an alternate entrance and also to stay out of the sun. There really aren't that many rides these days where a GAC allows you to skip the line. Most attractions are now designed to accomodate ECVs and wheelchairs so you still wait in line. It's a nice plus but you shouldn't count on it.
  21. I'm late but I'm in! I'd run to catch up but then you'd have to listen to me huff & puff & whine. 17:10 a mile is mighty impressive with a sore knee! Way to go Jason!! :thumbsup1:
  22. People do tend to give away timeshares to get out from under after their interests have changed. I'd do it in a heartbeat for BC. Love it there...
