I have drainage ditches also. I widened the entrance to my driveway putting a sweep in. The sweep goes right up to the pipe and about three foot further down the road. It allows you to start your turn earlier therefore accomplishing the entrance .

I know a couple years ago we were there Halloween weekend left for home on Sunday and were coming back the next Friday and they let us leave out camper in the overflow lot all week.
