Just watched on YouTube. I agree that overall the lasers added to the show. But the castle projection show was awful. It was garish and gaudy. To take a beautiful building and turn it into that is just sinful. Reminds me of the "cupcake" castle of many years ago. But it was great that they got rid of the Anna and Elsa show!

I'll be watching comments on this too. I have to shut my eyes a couple of times on Star Tours and several times on Soarin'. Will definitely not ride the intense side of Mission Space again. Watching the Avatar movie almost sent me into panic attacks. Can't handle the sharp drops.

Now I need to Google the ride photos!

I agree too. Haven't been able to find a 72" square vinyl tablecloth. The best idea I've come up with so far is to use a 72" square vinyl shower curtain.

Rain here has been really bad too. We live up the hill from a creek. It's usually 5 feet across. Today it's a couple hundred feet wide. The dog park near us has a 5' chain link fence around it. Today we can only see the top of the fence sticking out of the water. The Yadkin River is also at flood stage. Thankfully we live about 5 miles from the river.

With the big ECV that Rick has, I totally understand. Mine is much lighter and is easy to break down/reassemble. The battery is the only heavy part.

Until a few years ago we traveled to MK via boat and to the other parks by bus. And then I had to use an ECV at the parks. Now We still take the boat to MK but drive to the other parks. Two trips ago we waited for 1.5 hours for a bus to EPCOT that had an available spot for an ECV. Now I'm a convert to driving to the other parks. We can leave our site and within 15 minutes arrive at the other parks. It's just so much easier.

We took our kids to the Strasburg Railroad when they were young too. We all really enjoyed it.

I grew up with hula hoops ... my kids grew up with hula hoops. Would someone explain what's dangerous about them? I don't understand. They are round ... they have no sharp edges ... they are thin plastic that would be hard to do damage with ... it would be difficult to break a bone or put out an eye with one ... Maybe they think someone might have a heat stroke using one in the hot Florida sun.
