Thanks for posting the video of Twin #2's friend. She was a beautiful girl. So sorry for your daughter and the rest of the sorority girls. I'm sure they are heartbroken. On a much lighter note, bless you for picking up the couple that was late getting to their Segway appointment! That was exactly us back in July. We were running down that same sidewalk and I was just praying that some wonderful soul would see us and give us a lift. But, no such luck. Happily, the Segway people were late too so it was no big deal, but we were all tired and sweaty by the time we got there.

I'm shamefully appearing on page 7, but so glad to be here! I've been off FF for a bit with just normal busy life stuff, but was excited to find 2 TCD reports on the boards. I love that the resort specific merchandise is back these days, especially at the Fort! I hated it when they seemingly tried to not carry anything specific to any location for a while. I'm in! Page 3 isn't too shabby for me, so I'm just happy to be here. Love the sunset picture - that was absolutely gorgeous. Love all the digital images of the castle on other people's phones/ipads. Too funny. And love, love the Osborne pics. Our favorite is the flying angels. I had heard last year that 2013 was going to be the last year for this display, but thankfully that wound up being wrong. Then, I heard on a podcast just this morning that this year will be the last. Anyone have any inside info on that? TCD twins? Looking forward to the rest of this report!

Wow about those bungalows and how much the kill the view from the Poly rooms. Do you think that the rooms on the top floor of any of the existing longhouses will still have a view, or do the bungalows block even the highest floor? And thanks for the Wonder Woman clarification. I thought I had missed a newsflash or other important announcement of some resurgence of that superhero.

So, since I missed some parts of this TR, I must have missed this - but when did Wonder Woman become a thing again? I kept seeing TCD's references to Wonder Woman and saw some of the pictures, but then I got this in a text last night from my girl out west: And I saw some others, including grown women, on Facebook last night. I really must have missed the memo on Wonder Woman's resurgence in popularity. If it hadn't been for this TR, I wouldn't have known at all! I know this was pages ago, but I was really intrigued by the Hovertrax thing that Kelly suggested may be what the Segway fairy girls are on. I found this. Oh my gosh - so many updates, so many great pictures! I love the magic shots but they're all great. All your kids are so cute, but I have to say that your oldest daughter is so striking! So tall, so pretty, and talented too! (Love the flower ears!) Y'all look like you're having such a wonderful time. Can't wait for more!

Very neat pictures and info about your trip! 5000 miles is a looooooong way! And I agree about the Louisiana roads. They shook the alternator right out of my car one time. Not fun.

We bought our second contract through The Timeshare Store and were pleased too. If you go to their website, you can sign up for emails from them that tell you what contracts they have, or you can just search on their site. The process was very smooth and easy. Definitely look at the maintenance fees when considering where to buy. Other than that, the things I would think about are whether you think you'll have strong feelings about which resort to stay at on any particular trip and whether you think you're likely to want to go on peak crowd times (Christmas, Easter, etc.). It's sadly been a couple of years since I've stayed in a cabin, but in all my stays there, I've never seen one of those. I'm guessing it's golf cart parking, but am wondering whether they put a charger near there? If so, then that's definitely a nice addition!
