Welcome To WDW 1970's/ 80's and 90's
ImDownWithDisney replied to Discamper's topic in WDW and Disney Park Discussions
That motorhome is the best thing to come out of Evergreen, AL other than I 65. Those types of toilets were used in passenger buses too. You can still buy a similar system. Google "Incinolet". -
Congrats on all of the new things in life...... except for living in Louisiana......just kidding....well, not really....maybe just a little.

I bet it's wishful thinking for the garage to be long bed four door dually friendly. I always have to hike a mile after parking. -

My random thoughts about the Poly
ImDownWithDisney replied to GaDawgFan.....Kelly's topic in Resorts Board
We've watched wishes several times from Poly. They had music each time. Somebody is slacking with the sound system. -
Reports of Tornado at Magic Kingdom
ImDownWithDisney replied to BradyBzLyn...Mo's topic in WDW and Disney Park Discussions
We were at Cracker Barrel the other day. I was pouring in half of the parking lot and not a drop in the other side. It was like there was an invisible barrier. It was quite awesome.- 43 replies

Tell me about it. It seems like I'm always working on something. I don't take chances with my trailers or equipment, though. It makes for peace our mind on the road. I like to pull the bearings, clean them up with solvent, and hand spin to feel for roughness. I will replace the seals too. I give the drums and brakes a look while I'm in there. I then pack the bearings with new grease, torque the spindle nut to 50 ft lbs, spin the tire to seat the bearings, then loosen and retighten to finger tight. We had some failures before I started this routine.

I wish they would restore all of the beaches.... or at least those around Seven Seas Lagoon. They used to be pristine. -

I read somewhere that it was also seen as out of place, and the view of backstage areas wasn't appealing. I rode it once and was underwhelmed. -
Different site types?
ImDownWithDisney replied to Brandon327's topic in Fort Wilderness Loops Information
Thanks. My water and electrical are at the front. Luckily, the sewer is close to the middle which means the slinky extension rarely sees use. -

The utilities would be way back too if you parked that far up....depending on how the camper is set up. I had to use my second shore power cord on that site I posted. -

Yes. I have a pic now. I used boards to stabilize the rear jacks. -

Not true for every site. This is on 1710. Tires are just at the edge. I still had plenty of room for a crew cab dually cab & chassis that is about 6" longer than a regular pick up. I do prefer the premiums, though. -

I have a 40' 5'er. We can fit in most premiums and full sites. Some of the sites on the inside part of the loop can be difficult or impossible to back into because of obstructions along the road.
