The great Wienermobile search

It's a rather amusing thread, with some bad jokes but it tells the wienermobile saga.

I have been checking their app faithfully in hopes of it coming somewhere close to us. I saw it was going to be in Stirling, NJ which is about 90 mins away. According to google it was 75 miles. Thankfully my family loves a good road trip and everyone was on board for the mission (some were slightly grumpy about the 7am wake up).

We really lucked out with traffic on the turnpike and made pretty good time. Adam had a good time announcing every construction sign, camper, and whatever else he see until we played a few rounds of 20 questions. Nothing beats some quality family time in the car :)

So it wasn't too long and we finally saw this!

It was a glorious moment, and I may have been just a little too excited and possibly acted like a 12 year old girl when I saw it. Thankfully my dad didn't have his camera out then unless he has blackmail footage that I'm unaware of?

And this is the Hotdogger that I was telling my story of woe too. Turns out it was this Wienermobile and these hot doggers involved in the great CT saga. She was saying it wasn't her fault and she felt bad (and probably thinking I was totally crazy)

They had a sign show the Wieners of the past.

A very happy me! They had 2 sets of stickers they were handing out.

We thought it was very brave (or stupid?) of them to let people park so close. Saw some scary driving in the parking lot.

They had some fun props for photos. This is the cutest hot dog you will ever see :)

Let's see how long before my mom yells at me for posting this.

That's all the pics from the Wienermobile. They also had postcards you could fill out and mail, 2 tables where you could play a driving game, the props for photos and they handed out stickers and the whistles. It was a lot of fun to stop and see. Watching people's reactions too it was also fun. A lot of people were just at the store doing their shopping and surprised to see it (unlike me who searched it out lol).

We went in Shop Rite to use the potty (it was an old store but they had a button to push if the bathroom needed cleaning or supplies I thought that was interesting) and bought some lunch. We sat in the car and had cheese and crackers, bananas, watermelon and Hershey kisses for a treat. While we were sitting there we saw a motorcycle rally go by, there had to be over a 100 bikes. It was fun to see their passengers point to the WM and see the heads turn as they went by.

If I wanted to, I could close out page one and claim the whistle, but I already have one, so I will leave that honor to a Weiner-whistle-less Fiend.
