I will admit to considering this briefly as it looks like our November plans are changing so we won't be able to do the Christmas party, and we are deliberating avoiding HS in July due to the crowds. Then I looked at the price, I could get the FL resident water park after 2pm APs for only a little more than this costs. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

What the HE double hockey sticks are they thinking!!!!!
slices replied to Travisma's topic in WDW and Disney Park Discussions
Also surprised about the cabins its not like that parking space cab be used by anyone else. Does raise a point about the overflow lot though, will be that be either moderate or value rate depending on whether you are in a cabin or campsite. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk -

That says campsite and doesn't mention the cabins, badly worded or do you pay to park at the cabins despite them having their own parking space? Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk -

Was hoping this was just a rumour when I first saw this but looks like the more reputable sights ate running reporting this now. It looks like the only exemption mentioned at the moment is for DVC members which makes sense given how much Disney seems to be pushing DVC. FW hasn't been mentioned so far, would vehicles parked at sites be exempt? Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk -
WBI went on a cruise and all you get is a video report!
slices replied to WannaBeImagineer's topic in Trip Reports
Thanks for posting this. Not sure if I'm brave enough to show the videos to my kids they keep asking to go on a cruise. How does the Disney Jr breakfast compare to the one at Hollywood and Vine? Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk -
I used to make my own wine a few years ago. I used glass gallon demijohns with an aquarium heater. With this method the yoghurt function works in place of the heater and the vent will release the gases produced. The stuff I brewed was drinkable, I bought juice from home brew shops though not the grocery store. Also I would think with this method you would still want to transfer to a another container for secondary fermentation and filter. It was a lot of effort for 6 bottles of wine, I did do one 30 bottle batch but that's more equipment. I may be tempted to try this for making hard cider

Be Our Guest - New Dinner Menu Summer 2018
slices replied to BradyBzLyn...Mo's topic in Dining Reviews and Information
Glad we did BOG in January, not sure about the new menu my wife definitely isn't keen. We had friends visiting from overseas over Christmas and New Years, and she is a huge Beauty and the Beast fan, so I got us an ADR for dinner there. I enjoyed it not sure I would have done it again for just the four of us anyway even without the menu change though. I do think the personal dessert platter is a positive change, I was quite full and I'm not a huge dessert person and really should have gone for the lemon moose the waiter recommended if I had anything at all for dessert, but it was the first ti -
They probably made just as much off me from the vending machine by the small pool

Does the refill station at the pool actually close? I know it's open longer hours than the pool is. I really wish there was something by the smaller pool besides the vending machine.

Rumor: 2018 Ticket Price Increases?
slices replied to BradyBzLyn...Mo's topic in Disney Rumors Board
Same here probably would have used it on the way back from resort hopping with an over tired child. Can see us using it next time as we potentially have my wife's cousin joining us and I can foresee lots of complaints about buses and walking. -
Four resorts, one long weekend, and a birthday to remember!

Trailer looks nice, I've just been googling the specs. Something we would consider if we ever upgraded from a tent. Have the same restriction on needing to keep in the garage. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk -
The Year In Review: DIT Takes Disney Love To A New Level In 2017
slices replied to DaveInTN's topic in Trip Reports
Thanks for doing this trip report, we did MBYBBQ last year, but I was considering an electric roaster for next year. Fascinated by the chandelier saw it when we did the carriage tour and were impressed. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk -
Disney Cable TV set up
slices replied to Mdt1577's topic in General Camping Discussion and Questions
If it's the same as the channels in the cabins you get the three normal Disney channels (Disney, XD, Jr) plus the several info ones. I've never bothered bringing a TV with me when I tent camp. -
I stayed here over New Years(couldn't get the fort booked). http://www.lbvorlandoresort.com/hotel-suites We got a 4-bed suite for 8 of us and there was a sofa bed that we didn't use. Git quite a good price with the AAA discount, the discount pet night was about the same as a basic AAA membership for the year. Nice pool, short drive to Disney. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

One last photo on this one. Given I had Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve booked I held off activating my memory maker until the second trip. Just as well since we only had the one photo take the first trip. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

Hoping this is just a rumor, planned to see talking Mickey on the last trip but didn't manage it. Next trip isn't until July. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
