We watched via live feed as the lights closed down for the night.  So sad.  Tears were shed in our home.  So many memories! 

We had a blast running around trick or treating and got to say HI to some Fiends, too!   :)  Always a good time!
 

My son has one of the original "Disney Bears" and the story book that went along with it...telling the story of how he was Mickey's bear and Tinker Bell used pixie dust to allow him to come alive and tour Magic Kingdom with Mickey.  It was a cute story and my kids loved the book because it talked about Magic Kingdom.  Then all of a sudden, they changed his name to "Duffy" and had this whole different story about how Minnie made him for Mickey and they were confused and not a fan.

So putting on a party for 8 million is a big deal? Hell, anybody could do that. I once put on a party for 30 in college for 8 bucks and some change. That, my friends, is epic.

It sounds like you are on the right track and doing well.  
 
I'm sorry that your dad had such a scary experience with his surgery.  I tried everything and my body needed the help to get going in the right direction.  I've lost 230 pounds thus far and never felt better.  

Good for you!!!  Congrats!  I've made major changes in my life and my choices.  I had bariatric surgery, making my stomach smaller and I eat very small meals now.  I always share a meal now and have had no problems at WDW.

We love the work of the artist David E. Doss.  About two year ago, we met him at The Festival of the Masters and were chatting with him about how we liked the picture he made of the Polynesian and said he should make one for Fort Wilderness.  He asked if we thought it would be successful and asked what he could do.  My mom suggested an old fashioned camper by the beach would be a cool idea.  We've been hoping that he would actually do it and it looks like he finally did!  Pretty cool!!!

This is my favorite photopass picture of my kids, taken in 2009.
I let them wear the Christmas PJs in the park for the Very Merry Christmas Party and got this shot of them holding hands and looking at the castle. LOVE it!

My favorite castle photos of all. Ou son in law to be, is a CM and proposed to our daughter in front of the castle. Another CM pretended to bump into us as we walked main street. She then asked the 2 of them to pose for some sample shots for a promotion WDW was going to run. This was the setup to get them onto the grass near the rose garden. As she suggested differnt poses, she finnaly asked them to 'pretend' he was proposing. You can figure it out from there. Very nice day!

I cannot say all of them are handed out yet, but I just placed an order for 5,000 more cards, which will make 20,000 cards going through our hands. Keep up the good work guys and gals!

I've got the perfect solution for those of you who don't have time to keep up with all of the great trip reports here.
There is another DISney DIScussion board I know of where there hasn't been a trip report worth reading for nearly a year. And, there is so little other traffic on it that you could probably just check in once a month and read all of the posts since your last visit in less than half an hour (if you can stay awake).
