  1. You know it's going to be a good one since it hasn't started yet and it's already on page 2.
  2. Here's their website in Winter Garden. http://www.themeparkconnection.com/index.html Open M-F and saturday 10-2 1307 Green Forest Court Unit 110 Winter Garden, FL 34787 Phone 407-284-1934
  3. Buying from Lazy Days was good. Got a great deal...HOWEVER, if it's service you need...stay away. Horrible experience with warranty service.
  4. I also heard one supposedly touched down in Windemere. Shame, big old homes. I'll have to check the news tonight. Only know what was on the radio when I was in the car and being there of course.
  5. Okay I am finally here. No I don't have one of those new-fangled I-pads yet. We did see a couple of awnings left out that got twisted up. The 20 foot tree branch I mentioned was actually sitting on the back of our renters golf cart, less than 6 feet from our awning. That was a close one. The tree in the 1600 loop came halfway down and was caught in the trees. Security did allow people to continue driving down the road, which surprised me. Next time I went by, minutes later, the tree was all the way down and halfway across the road. Thank God there wasn't a golf cart going by then. When
  6. We'll be in the 2000 loop this morning taking down and putting up. Stop by if you can.
  7. 708, that's the one. I missed seeing you. Make sure you have a sign out Onadraw, or at least have it on here. I couldn't remember Oscar's site number when I went by yesterday. I'll be back around sunday and monday. Hey guess what? This is my 1000th post. Only took since day 1 to get here....lol. Sorry for slacking AC and Doodle. Lol
  8. Knowing how the Fiends enjoy to imbibe once in a while, thought I would remind everyone of the St. Patrick's Day (Week long) celebration at Raglan Road at Downtown Disney. Here's a link from Disney as to what's going on. Starts today! http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blog/2013/02/raglan-road-party-central-for-the-family-friendly-st-patricks-day-celebration-across-pleasure-island/
  9. Just got back from EPCOT. Took 291 pictures, only a couple of desserts from Norway.
  10. I do not want to stay at any RV park that requires you to have a BIG dollar RV. Just not my type.
  11. the old ones yes they could. I speak from experience...lol some day around the campfire I'll tell you about it....hahaha
  12. The Flagstaff is the same as Rockwood, same factory and designs. We have the Rockwood 2317G which is the same as the Flagstaff 823D. Similar to what you are looking at. The good news is that if you buy right, you can save up to 35% off the list price. We paid $9800 for our 2013, down from $15,354. Discounts are deep now. Especially at the end of the month and they need the sales. We're pretty happy with the unit, other than the water outlet position.
  13. We like the 100-200 loops. Close to the Marina where the Grandkids like to play on the beach. Short hop to the trading post and other front areas. So far we have managed to get all our RVs in there with no problems. We'll see this next time with a 34 foot MH. Should make it though.
  14. We've done it too. It's kinda fun. I believe Disney tries to watch for the caches on the grounds and get rid of them. So I heard anyway. I bet they can't keep up with all of them though, so have fun!
  15. Class A advantage to us was huge basement storage and stability on the road. Feels roomy too. Disadvantage is they are made more for two people as everyone else sleeps on a sofa sleeper or dinette. On the Class C you do have the overhead plus the dinette and sofa sleeper, besides the bedroom. Trailers generally don't have the basement storage as much. They can sleep more though. So if storage is a concern, look towards a Class A, which btw I have seen last year models at 69K at an RV show. 2 slides included. A real deal.
  16. Well we did move to Florida here and are full-timing in our motor home. We don't really move around because as some of you are aware, we started a business here in Florida. Giving up the stick house really wasn't that hard for us. I don't really miss it. The costs of staying in the motor home are significantly less... heat, ac, water etc. Smaller area to cool and heat. If you feel like you are getting cramped inside, step outside. The world's your yard.
  17. Well, when I saw them they were well-behaved. Can't wait to hear what I missed.
  18. Holly and I have tickets for the 19th. I was surprised they even gave entrance tickets and free parking too.
  19. I saw it tonight near our place by Hwy 27. Haven't seen one of those in a long time.
