Yep, RF is one of our favorites too. DW loves the chicken and apple salad they have. I really enjoy the flatbreads, the chili, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the magic cookie bar thingys!!! :rofl:

I would love to eat there sometime. The atmosphere is one of the best in Disney. Never tried the food though.

My girls love the lizards. Of course, being Florida they are everywhere. And they love to fish in the canals.

Our 10 yr old daughter has sensory issues, central auditory processing disorder, and possibly another learning disability in addition to the capd. We held her back this year but she is still struggling with 4th grade. And yet with these difficulties, she definitely finds interests that she excels at. We always tell her, God may give you challenges in some areas but bless you with gifts in others. You need to do the best you can with the tools you are given, and use your gifts to make the world a better place. As long as she can remember that I think she will do fine in the long run.

If you are new to the rv, may I suggest you let me take it to the Fort first to break it in for you?

I've been interested in trying it...but the price for 6 of us, especially considering I'm the only one that really likes German food, is too much. If I'm gonna spend that kinda money on a meal at Disney I want at least 5 of the 6 of us to stuff ourselves and make it worthwhile! :dance:

I will say that, while the lines can be very long, they move very quickly. It is typically an efficiently run operation. Of course, I may have just been lucky each time. I think we've eaten there 3 or 4 times.

Hi Jan! Welcome. We have a LOT of Floridians here. I'm not one of them...so those of us that live far away from the Fort get to be jealous of your weekend camping trips there. :yay: But we LOVE reading those trip report!

We've stayed here too a couple of times and liked it very much. For a spot north of ATL on I-75, we have stayed at this place: http://harvestmoonrvpark.com/index.html Not bad for an overnight. Big, level pull throughs in the front section. Easy on and off I-75. About half way between Chattanooga and Atlanta.
