Maybe I missed it, but did you guys just camp in a central location and then drive to your destination of choice and back each day?

All caught up. We have a very similar camper to yours. Ours has the bunkhouse in the back with an outside kitchen, Jaycos are so great and like you, we love traveling with it. Pulling with kids can be so challenging. We have plans for Colorado next year and if that goes well then Yellowstone is next. Great pictures and your children are so sweet. Good to see another home schooler on here btw. Hope your recovery is going well.

I have a friend who's family live in the Bahamas. According to them, they hardly saw any damage. They said it was mild compared to other storms they have had. Maybe they were asleep during the storm??

No it wasn't a temporary thing. Target has actually made an announcement saying you can no longer use Target Gift cards to purchase other gift cards. I was under the impression however that this didn't take effect until August of next year.

I think you are right but have also read that this too will be going away next year.

I tried to purchase online and all went through but then I received an email saying there was a problem with my order and the order was cancelled. I have been able to purchase gift cards in the store but I also had a lot of other items in my cart.

On our last trip we lost 2, both my eldest sons and my husbands. They both were holding the little guys and taking them on and off rides so I think the bands snagged on something. Neither realized immediately as they had their arms full. Before the magic bands went missing they both had numerous close calls. After that we used little hair ties to secure the bands on everyone.

Can you redeem those earned points for Disney gift cards?

I just recentry earned a bunch of rewards points and used them to buy Target cards. Shortly there after I found sites stating Target is no longer allowing the use of their gift cards to purchase Disney cards!!. This really sticks as I have about $200 worth. What other deals like gift cards are out there? What advantage is there to having a Disney Visa, can you cash in points for Disney gift cards? What's the doller to point return rate? Also I see you can get Landry's gift cards, aren't there resturants at DS where I could use these?

We visited twice last year. On both occasions I saw little children run straight into the road while playing at the playground by the dog park. The little buggers are fast and that playground is pretty close to the road.

I got behind on the live show. Major fail on the peach cobbler America!!! Love the flower/diamond picture, just beautiful. Soaren looks like it could use a little work, kinda ruins the effect I think lol. Your Cobb salad and dessert at the MK looks way better than the Greek salad the other day. Tears and sad heart about Kassie. Man it's so hard when they are no longer with us. Make my heart ache for my puppy. Savor every . single . moment of your trip Gwen.

That first trip without your furry loved ones is so hard, everything seems off. Have you considered a new puppy? Turtle Talk with Crush is super cute, my family really enjoyed it as well. On our last trip we drove to all the parks but MK. There are pros and cons I suppose to both. I wish there were better ways of transporting those with physical needs that require wheel chairs or ECV's. Glad you were able to get a handicap tag and at least park closer. The sugarless shake looks yummy, I will have to try it on our next visit. DiD you have any problems getting into the Plaza?
