X-2 Southwest has transported our GO-GO Scooters. Sealed glass mat batteries are no issue. Lithium and wet batteries are the concerns.  You get them pre tagged the the ticket counter then ride them to the gate. They are tagged again & loaded there just wheel chairs

They can transport larger assistive devices and sporting equipment in the cargo area. I transported Ed’s hand bike from CT to florida and that’s how they handled it and it was really big.
And since it is a handicap device it should be transported at no charge.

If that's the case then security concerns when inspecting coolers at entry makes the most sense.... I would hate to have to stick my hands in coolers all day digging in loose ice.  picking up a small bag would be a lot faster and easier.

Katman1356...Jason got a reaction from BradyBzLyn...Mo in Official notice went out today for some policy changes
There are some new policy changes at Walt Disney World and Disneyland. Two are effective May 1 and the third is effective immediately. These policy changes are being taken directly from the Disney Travel Agent website and are official.
    STROLLERS
Beginning May 1, we are adjusting our guidelines on stroller sizes, which will require them to be no larger than 31" (79cm) wide and 52" (132cm) long or smaller. The good news – many of the strollers on the market, including many double jogging strollers, fit within these size guidelines. Also, just a reminder that wagons are not permitted in our parks. Beginning May 1, stroller wagons will also no longer be permitted. These updates are designed to help guest flow and ease congestion, making the parks more enjoyable for everyone.
TIP: The smaller your stroller, the easier it is to navigate and maneuver the parks. At Walt Disney World Resort, your clients can rent a single or double stroller once they arrive, and they can be rented each day. Or, they can choose a Length of Stay Rental, which will save them time and money. While Walt Disney World already offers a double stroller rental, Disneyland Resort will soon offer one too.
    SMOKING
Also beginning May 1, smoking areas will no longer be present inside Walt Disney World or Disneyland theme parks, water parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex or Downtown Disney in California.
TIP: Designated smoking areas will be available outside the entrances to the areas listed above, and at Disney Springs in Florida. For guests who have room or dining reservations, smoking areas are also available at Disney Resort hotels.
    LOOSE ICE
Beginning today, if your clients plan to bring a cooler or cooler bag to store snacks and drinks for theme park or water park adventures, it’s important to know that loose or dry ice are no longer permitted.
TIP: We recommend your clients use re-useable ice packs instead. Complimentary cups of ice are available at Food & Beverage locations inside the parks if needed.

I actually went and booked a site the day it was announced. No issues at all and plenty of availability. The 60 days doesnt matter as there are no fastpasses being offered when the land opens.

Jason never stopped trying. Chances are you called me at my day job where I didn't have your information with me. Sorry I wasn't able to get you the days but I know for a fact I never promised I could get days. When I agree to take on trying I am straight up with people that I will do my best and check repeatedly but unfortunately what shows up for availability is out of my hands. If you had concerns with me it would have been great if you had expressed them to me. I would have been more than willing to release the reservation back to you so you could try on your own.

Welcome to the forum. It’s a shame however your first post is on a post from last year and it is speaking negatively of a fellow member who plenty of us have used and have had positive experiences with.

I've used Jason before with great results, but this was spur of the moment and trying to coordinate with taking time off.
Just not enough lead time to use Jason.

Katman1356...Jason got a reaction from BradyBzLyn...Mo in Fasspass Restrictions coming (finally)
Something to note not mentioned here. There is a grace period between when you cancel and when the fastpasses cancel. If you have put something else on your account that would cover the time frame for the FP's they will not cancel.

I think it is a decent first step but I don't know if it will have meaningful impact for us. People booking the throwaway campsites don't always bother to cancel them.

I went and did some digging on the Disney site to see if I could find the official wording. Clear as mud of course.

    Pet-Friendly Policy
Furry friends are welcome to join your family’s camping adventure as long as the following conditions are met.
All pets must be kept on a handheld leash that is 8 feet or shorter or confined in the interior of the owner’s climate-controlled personal recreational vehicle. Pets are not permitted in tents and pop-up campers. Guests with pet privileges may take their dogs to play in the off-leash Waggin' Trails Dog Park or walk the many on-leash trails. So that our Guests with pets can enjoy ample time at the Walt Disney World theme parks and destinations, day and overnight kennel care is available at Best Friends Pet Care. Pet owners are required to pick up after and properly dispose of their pet's droppings. Pets that interfere with the quality of the Guest experience at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground in any away (such as aggression, noise, etc.) or generate a legitimate complaint to management will result in the pet owner being required to discontinue the pet's inappropriate behavior, remove the pet to an off-site kennel, or leave the Resort. Please note that Guests who wish to stay with their pets at The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort will be charged a $5 per-night pet fee.
