  1. Ok, Wrigley died on 4/16. On 5/22 my step daughter and her fiancé's cat had 3 kittens. A couple of weeks later she said we had to come see the one. I really wasn't in the mood for another cat and was contemplating taking Rascal back to the shelter we got her from 6 years ago since she caused the wounds to Wrigley that ultimately weakened her. We started to see the kittens once or twice a week and when the kittens mama let them some freedom, the 1 kitten we were told we had to see kept on wondering its way over to us. Every time we would come over the kitten would let out a little scree
  2. Thanks. I do have an update I need to do that is about 2 months in the making. It is some eerie but good news.
  3. Does anyone know if the Osborne lights use Lightorama controllers and software? Sent from my iPhone
  4. No it doesn't. My wife is taking this very hard. Belle was attached to her in a way I never saw before and Belle was her best friend. I need to keep an eye on Rolo too. Rolo loved Wrigley and sulked around the house without her. Rolo hated all other cats but Wrigley was her buddy. It wasn't until a few weeks ago that Rolo has seemed to have got over her. Rolo also doted on Belle. She would snuggle up to her and give Belle sloppy kisses on the side of her head until it annoyed Belle. Since we got home Rolo was pacing around the house sniffing everywhere and now she is lying in front o
  5. The lump on the side of her neck grew larger since the last post here and she started to breathe heavier and developed a limp on Saturday. On Sunday she yipped if the other dogs bumped into that side of her body. Tonight as soon as the vet felt it he knew it was bad. He listened to her breathe and said he felt it has spread to her lungs. Another Surgery would just have been a waste of money at this point. The vet and staff gave my wife 45 minutes to spend time with her. Belle loved to rest her head on my wife's flip flop while in the crate and we took that along tonight so she could
  6. I had to go to the Giant over in Hanover but finally found some liners. Sent from my iPhone
  7. I spent the last 3 hours on YouTube listening to the Mahoney brothers & Rick K & the all nighters in order to get that out of my head. Thx. Sent from my iPhone
  8. Something tells me this guy Is going to find out. Sent from my iPhone
  9. I. Love. Hibachi. I would eat it everyday if I could. Epcot hibachi uses too much butter and the chefs are horrible. Don't think twice about dropping it Sent from my iPhone
  10. Next up is my wife's favorite dog, Belle. Belle is a puggle. She was a 3-4 year old rescue when we got her the summer of 2007, so that puts her at 11-12 now. Belle has separation anxiety from my wife. Every Time my wife is gone Belle has to drag some article of clothing or shoes to her cage so she can snuggle with it. And nobody but mommy can remove the clothing from the cage. I've tried to intercept the dog while trotting down the hall dragging clothes behind her. She usually growls and snaps at me. I am however allowed to rub her belly. Apparently I give better belly rubs then mommy
  11. I've been putting off posts about 2 animals for months now and it's not good news. 1st here is Wrigley. She was born either May 2,3,4 of 1998. My bday is May 3rd. My mom and step dad were friends with the couple who had this litter. My mom brought her to me in the beginning of that August to help me get over the death of my cat Jenny who died the month before at the age of 13. I protested that I didn't want another cat but this new kitten was unique. She went a couple of weeks without a name but this was during the time of the Sammy Sosa and Mark McGuire (spelling?) home run race. Ev
  12. I was in that aisle when I asked the Mensa candidate. There were some empty spots on the shelves in that section. Maybe this weekend I'll tray a different store in my travels. This area has the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
  13. TCD, Awhile back I solved that problem on a tv that had a remote like yours by acquiring an universal remote. It had the dash on it and worked awesome.
  14. I liked the one we had at the office while it was still alive. It took a surge from an accident on the road and it melted.
  15. I couldn't find any at Giant last night and when I asked a couple of the high school geniuses they employ they all said they never heard of them. Sent from my iPhone
  16. My experience is the 5er towing is more 'stable' then the bumper pull. Of course, that depends on the truck as well, but I went from a 33' overall length TT to a lighter 29' 5er. However, I hate backing up the 5er, especially into my driveway. I pull 20'+ bumper pull enclosed car trailers a few times a week and can back those up almost with my eyes closed. No problem with them going into my driveway either. It was always one attempt and done with the old TT. I'm always worried about popping out my back window even though I have a slider hitch (that doesn't work properly as designed becau
  17. Because of this thread I have learned about crock-pot liners. This is almost a life changing event. I will be looking for these momentarily as I have to go to the grocery store anyhow.
  18. Following this thread!!! We have to be careful talking about sushi in our house. It confuses the one dog.... http://www.fortfiends.net/forum/topic/284-pics-of-your-pet/?p=438215
  19. Wow...just looked it up. It was 2011. Now I need to find out what happened to the years of 2012-2103
  20. I vacation so I do not have to plan. Guess I'm part of a dying breed.
  21. We had snow on Halloween either last year or the year before. I'm having trouble remembering. That SMB.
  22. You need to find out two things. 1. What is the tow capacity of your F250? 2. What is the payload capacity of your F250? With 3/4 ton trucks towing 5th wheels, a good amount are under tow capacity but are over weight on payload (the weight directly in the bed). Especially more so if they are diesels. Campers will advertise dry weight and dry hitch weight. A camper on the road going camping is never as light as the dry hitch weight as advertised. A good way to figure out what your hitch weight may be is to find the GVW of the camper and then figure about 20% of that to be your hitch
  23. For kicks, you should try "people watching" at Pedro's Diner at midnight. It's a one of a kind experience!
