http://www.gettysburgreenactment.com/ Gettysburg 2015 152nd Anniversary Battle Reenactment POSTPONED to August 7, 8, & 9 2015 Due to abnormal amounts of rainfall for the past month, and the significant rainfall and flooding the past three days, both event organizers and local emergency management officials have deemed it necessary to postpone the Annual Gettysburg Civil War Reenactment. The reenactment is held entirely on farm fields and requires a reasonable level of vehicle and pedestrian ingress/egress to responsibly provide for safety and necessary resources. Although it is usually d

Not to put more on your plate, but this is the time to decide if you think you want to ever go to a fifth wheel. If you do, forget about the 250/2500 if you want a diesel. Head straight for the 350/3500. I wish I would have went with the 2500. I will be adding the 3500 rear springs to my truck and going to the 18" wheels and tires that the 3500 come equipped with. I see so many of the 3/4 ton diesels going down the road with fifth wheels hooked up and their headlights up in the air. Mostly Fords look like this from what I've seen. I don't know if it's because of mushy suspension and low

castle goes rainbow?
bhall replied to Littleolwoman.aka.Kristie's topic in WDW and Disney Park Discussions
The picture of Niagara Falls.......I've been to Niagara Falls at night roughly 30 times. All but 2 or 3 times I saw it illuminated as a "rainbow". The person who compiled that list in the link needs smacked along side the head with a shovel. -
If you are going to look at the GM twins, look at the 2011 and up due to the ungraded/updated frames and suspension. Here at the auction building, my truck squats less then the 2009 F-250, 2007 E-350, & 2015 F-250 King Ranch Diesel. For heavy tounge weight loads, they pick my truck to tow the trailers as I have the most payload of them all. For loads with all the weight on the axles they'll used the use the King Ranch which has lots of less payload then me.

Artist Point - Wilderness Lodge
bhall replied to BradyBzLyn...Mo's topic in Dining Reviews and Information
We were down for our Anniversary in March. We didn't make any ADR because we want to do what we want to do when the mood strikes us. So, on the morning of our Anniversary, March 6th, I was reading DiT's trip report and saw the post about the California Grill. So I suggest that to my wife to see if she would like to go there. I had previously reviewed the CG's menu and to be honest, nothing on that menu sounded very appetizing to me. My wife looked up their menu and without me saying anything, decided the same thing. So, she remembered seeing the Artist Point in the WL and looked up their- 6 replies

I am saddened by this news. This means that I will be forever denied the opportunity to make fun of the selfie stick people while at Disney.

I like to make cheese steak tater tots. Take the ingredients of Philly Cheese Steak and throw away the bun. Instead put all that cheese steak goodness on top of the tater tots. Tada! Pro-Tip: Wait at least 30 days before going to the doc to get your cholesterol checked.

Tow vehicle tires
bhall replied to rtguy007's topic in Camper Suggestions: from tents to Class A beauties
Also check the mfg date code. These days, tire life spans are about 3-5 years. The Michelin's on my wife's car are only 3 years old and now have some sidewall cracking. -
I'm not sure. I will try to call him this weekend and ask him that. He's not to mechanically inclined and is trusting with what shops tell him. Visited my ex-bil this weekend. He did have the blue spring mod done. He is done with the excursion and 6.0s in particular. (His 6.0 work truck let him sit last Tuesday as well). Any way he is going to fix the excursion one last time because he believes he will recoup that cost when he sells it and is looking for another tow vehicle. The excursion still looks brand new so I am sure he will be able to hook some sucker who thinks a good looking v

I would have skipped the rabbit too! But only because I hate rosemary. Of course, I don't think I've ever had rabbit without little pellets in it :) -
About 10 years ago, many "companies" were making land purchases along the PA/MD border in the Gettysburg/Emmitsburg, MD area. Scuttlebutt was Disney was behind it but ran into a large tract owner that refused to sale. Many people in the Emmitsburg area insist the rumor was true.

That's why I bought my 2015 2500 Chevy Silverado crew cab. I took the dog cage and folded up the back seats and attempted to put the cage on the back seat floor. The new style Chevy was the only one beside the Ram Mega Cab the cage would fit on the back floor and not having to move up front seat even more. I couldn't get the cage in any of the Fords, older GMs or the regular crew cab Rams. My boss just bought a brand new F250 Crew Cab King Ranch (It's good to be the boss) and both his kids agree that my back seat area has more room. Even the back doors are longer.

I predict the week that we want to go will be the most expensive that month.
