  1. We were at The Fort in September and my son-in-law used the gym at WL and there was no charge. He showed his key card from the fort.
  2. I really like the 1700 loop. The sites are large and you are close to the outpost and the pool. We also travel with our dogs.
  3. We used Sand Lake Animal Clinic and were extremely pleased with the service we received. For us, their cost was much cheaper than what we pay at home. We live in Street, MD. Never heard of it!!! It's about 8 miles south of Delta, Pa and 35 miles from Lancaster, PA.
  4. I don't mind the coquina. We put a large mat in front of the MH door and we just wipe our feet. Also, our granddaughter likes to play in it. For us the sites in the 100, 200, and 300 loops are a little close for us. We prefer the full hook up loops and either walk, bike, or take the bus. We usually just ride our bikes to the outpost or marina.
  5. I love the CoP and the peoplemover too. A trip to Disney wouldn't be complete without them. It's a Small World too!!!!!
  6. A disney trip wouldn't be complete without Carousel of Progress, It's a Small World, Electrical Water Pageant, and the People Mover. Guess I'm just old school when it comes to Disney!
  7. Sometimes they should just leave well enough alone. If it ain't broke don't fix it!!
  8. My granddaughter was 15 months when we went to Disney World. She loved the play area. It made the 60 minute was much easier.
  9. I use a back pack unless we are with my granddaughter. Then everything goes in the stroller. Gotta love strollers!!!
  10. We sold ours on craigslist. It took about 4 1/2 months and we did have to drop the price, but it sold. Just another avenue to look at and craigslist is free.
  11. This is terrible news. I love the cinnamon buns at The Main Street Bakery. We get them to take back to the MH everytime we visit The Magic Kingdom. I don't drink coffee, I just want the cinnamon buns!!!!!!!
  12. On Christmas Day 2011 we did the sleigh ride with my daughters (24, and 25), and my granddaughter (6 months). It was a nice way to finish off Christmas Day. Everyone enjoyed it.
  13. My daughter and son in law want to go to Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon. They were thinking about taking their 15 month old daughter for a little while and then we will take her back to the MH. Which of the water parks would you recommend??
  14. Is there a bus that goes from WDW to Walmart? If so, where do you get it, cost, stops, etc? We are coming to the fort in September for 2 weeks and will probably need to restock. Thanks
  15. Make sure you use the on-line check-in service. It really makes things go alot faster. We used it for our trip in September and December.
  16. It may be on the expensive side, but if you want Character Dining and entertainment this is the way to go. We have been a couple of times and have always had a great time. The last time was for Christmas dinner and it was great. All of the kids were dressed up for Christmas and so were the characters. The last time we went my "kids" were 21 and 22.
  17. I would definitely stay at The Fort. Don't forget to check for discounts. We joined AAA just to get the 20% discount.
