Either critter issues (birds, bats) or even water issues with the flat roof where it met the wall and the posts.

I have to wonder if Disney is reaching the saturation point with Frozen.  I know people are still going crazy buying the merchandise, but how much do they invest long term?  For example, the other day my wife went in to see American Adventure.  We got there just as the Voices of Liberty were starting.  Part way through the performance, they mentioned that Disney has many well known songs, and they will sing one of them, "Let It Go" from Frozen.  There was an audible groan from the crowd when that was announced.  The Voices of Liberty did a great job with the song, and there was polite applause afterwards, but I have to wonder if Frozen is getting into too many areas; to the point where people are getting tired of the over exposure.

I also wonder how they will integrate Frozen into the World Showcase, yet still be able to maintain the purpose and atmosphere of the World Showcase.  What would be next, a Mulan movie in China, Beauty and the Beast replacing the movie in France?  Replacing the show in the Biergarten with a Snow White sing along?

Time will tell, but I just hope this doesn't change Epcot, which over the last several years seems to be losing their direction, much like Hollywood Studios.

Our daughter has a HUGE fear of dogs.  Big or small.  Unfortunately there was a large black dog in the 100 loop with us in May.  Fortunately, the owners were good pet owners and the dog was a good animal (did not approach us...which would have been hard as Boo walked waaayyyy on the other side of the road, as far as she could get from the dog, walking as quickly as she could...poor thing); the dog was by the owner's side the entire time and never barked.  I did ask a CM about the animal, but the gal was from housekeeping and didn't have much information.  Had the dog been a problem, we would have gone to Disney...but (for us) the key is to be a good pet owner.  Your little pup is cute and small, but would still scare the crap out of Bailey if it ran up to her, so just make sure to be a good pet owner...which I'm sure you are

Ah hell, I wanna be Mo, I really do but it's fricken hot in Florida and I grew up in perfect San Diego so I am a baby when it comes to heat and humidity so I am Carol. In the non-hot months I am Disney crazy.

Mo does crazy things when it's hot and that's never going to happen with me. Crazy things yes, crazy in the hot? No way

Evie got her first haircut at the barbershop on main street in MK. This was taken on the boat back to the Fort. Her hair is in a ponytail here. :) Not a mullet.

First trip with the kids was in 2007. They were 10, 8, 7, 6 and 5 at that time and are now 18, 16, 15, 13 and 12. We last went in January for our oldest's last trip at home. Looking back through these old pictures was so fun, they were so little, can't wait to go back.

Love these old pictures, I don't have pictures of me as a kid, so I am very envious of those who do. Enjoy them!

    Good thread!

Our kids' first Disney trip was in 2001, when our three older girls were 5, 3 and 1.  Our first evening after we arrived we went to DTD, and I've always loved how this picture shows my 5 year old's joy in being at Disney World.

This was my nephew's first time ever meeting M&M at age 3.

They were only at MK for a few hours (long story) but they did ride the train... the boy loves trains.

So before they left they hit the gift shop.

It could be like the new hybrids that use cables.  The cable could go from the front, over the center post and connect on the end, similar to a suspension bridge.

We bring my DHs electric scooter to the Fort all the time. We use a gas grill cover to protect it from the elements, and just remove the key and park it outside the camper. Never, ever had an issue.

For one night. If I remember correctly when the fronts desk gives us a parking pass for the car it's only for the length of our stay.
I guess I'm still confused. Why would you pay for a campsite $50 plus off season to get free park parking ($15) and one night of extra magic hours. Oh and use Disney transportation. Wait if your doing it for the free parking you won't need the Disney transportation.

Well, we made it. Orlando traffic at rush hour sucks even without pulling a 39' 5th wheel. Anywho, when we showed up, they assigned us site 111. Well, we weren't going to fit on that. They upgraded us to a premium site on the 1000 loop. No charge. When we got to the site, CM Dave Rogers showed up and helped back us in. He was great. Disney magic is alive and well at The Fort.
